Refund Policy – Gentle Brew

We want you to feel confident ordering from Gentle Brew.

If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at support@gentlebrew.net with your order number.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please note: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gentlebrew.net with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used espresso tools cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Gentle Brew is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
